When you recieve your design order via e-mail one of three things will happen. If you love the design, let me know and I’ll close out the order. If you like it but would like to make a few changes to it, just reply to the e-mail that I sent the design in and I’ll make the changes right away! If I missed the mark and you need us to start over, reply to the e-mail that was sent and let me know where I went wrong and what you would like to see different. Sending examples of designs you like is always helpful too! I will love to design according your changes.
Payments may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Debit Card. All payments are securely processed via Wise.
I offer two payment plans:
(1) 50% – 50% (upfront – before final file delivery)
(2) 25% – 50% – 25% (upfront – after mock-up approval – before final file delivery)
